These terms govern your use of RosterKin, operated by Maven Enterprise (UK). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RosterKin classifies the connected inbox you choose, surfaces deadlines, payments and bookings, manages a shared Google Calendar by message, and drafts club and school enquiries. RosterKin never sends an email to a third party, and never initiates a payment, without a human in your family explicitly approving that specific action. The in-product assistant is called "Kin".
Do not use RosterKin for unlawful purposes, to access data you are not entitled to, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
RosterKin is provided during an early pilot on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change and occasional errors are expected; because nothing is sent or changed without your approval, mistakes are low-stakes and visible before they happen. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can export or delete your data at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RosterKin and Maven Enterprise are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for missed deadlines, bookings or payments. RosterKin is an assistant that surfaces and drafts; you remain responsible for your family's decisions and actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
We may update these terms and will note the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
